Hurler
Hurler is used for the control of broad-leaved weeds, especially
cleavers and chickweed, in listed cereals, forage maize and in
grassland.
Cleavers are the most competitive of broad leaf weeds robbing
yield at very low numbers. They are more competitive in fact than
blackgrass. In addition they complicate harvesting by delaying the
combine and contaminating the grain. For this reason it's important
to control them well and Hurler contains the tried and tested
active Fluroxypyr to give you the confidence you need.
Contains: 200 g/l (20.6% w/w)
fluroxypyr as an emulsifiable concentrate
Key benefits:
- Hurler is a translocated herbicide taken in through the leaves.
Therefore only emerged weeds will be controlled.
- Best results obtained when weeds are actively growing and in
warm conditions
- Avoid frosts and cold nights
- Use the recommended dose: Cleavers rob yield and it's false
economy to cut the rate, the loss of yield from poor control will
far outweigh the savings in application costs
